Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in its original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies, typically 7-10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
